Full function Payroll officer to work within the finance team, responsible for accurate payroll processing.

This rapidly growing organisation has their corporate office located in Brisbane's northern suburbs. With a large finance team, this part-time role is required to support the Payroll Manager with full-function payroll processing for several entities, working 3 days per week.
**Your new role**
Working within Chris21 you will take responsibility for fortnightly pay runs, award interpretation and all payroll administration regarding new starters, terminations, and variations. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Process and reconcile fortnightly payroll
- Interpretation of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Assist with employee queries in a timely manner
- Calculate termination entitlements
- Support the Payroll Manager in preparing superannuation and payroll reconciliations
- Complete month end payroll journals
- Preparation of reports as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have worked within a similar position, ideally within Chris21 or an ERP. Exposure to working with a large organisation will assist with your transition to this growing business. Currently this role looks after pay runs for up to 180 staff but is set to increase.
