We are looking for experienced chef for a beach front Italian restaurant, that are looking for a fresh, new, exciting and vibrant start. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef looking at the next step to Head Chef or an Experienced Head Chef to start a new venture wanting to take control of a venue. The venue is Italian and modern Australian cuisine.. The fulltime / casual positions that we are currently filling are: Head Chef Sous Chef & Pizza Chef To be considered for these roles you will have Minimum 5-10 years experience in similar roles Excellent communication skills Enthusiasm and a pure passion for Hospitality To be highly self motivated with a good work ethic Be hands on and lead by example Have excellent service standards, with a strong focus always on the customers The people eligible for this role must have vast, firm experience within Restaurant management and are able to prove their own success in the industry. You will be fully aware of all aspects of day to day operation and have a solid understanding of how to get results.
