We're looking for a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to be the backbone of our administrative operations in our residential aged care home.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator/receptionist looking to take the next step in their career, or a health / community professional looking for a role off the floor.
Additionally, it's a great opportunity to engage with the residents and make a difference to someone's day.The Role:Provide administrative support functions for the sitePerform reception/switchboard and administrative duties to meet customer needsEnsure promotional resources and information about Benetas is accessible and disseminate appropriate information to clients/familiesConduct orientation tours of the site when delegated by the managerPerform administrative tasks as delegated by the managerMaintain office inventory and recordsSchedule meetings and arrange conferences, training and site eventsAbout you:Experience performing reception and administrative tasks in a fast paced environmentAn interest in spending time with the elderly, and demonstrated empathy and kindness towards themHigh level of verbal and written communication skillsA high attention to detail, accuracy and effective time management skillsExperience in staff rostering and general payroll related enquiries would be highly desirableA formal administrative qualification or study in a relevant discipline is highly desirableThe annual flu immunisation and a commitment to receiving the immunisation each yearWhy Benetas?
