About the Role
The Group Infrastructure and Facilities Manager leads the Infrastructure and Facilities (I&F) team and is responsible for the strategic planning, delivery, and oversight of capital works and maintenance programs across all school sites. This role is critical in ensuring that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and support the organisation's long-term educational goals. The manager drives the development and execution of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), works closely with the Finance team to manage infrastructure budgets, and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As a senior leader, the role upholds and promotes CECG's values, policies, and high standards of service.

Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in architecture, project management, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience with specialised training aligned to the role.
* ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and NSW Working with Children's Check (WWCC) registrations.
* Driver's Licence.
