The Opportunity
As a
Senior Pre-Sales Consultant
, you will partner closely with senior sales leaders to design, position, and present end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise customers across sectors including logistics, resource recovery, recycling, utilities, and smart infrastructure.

Join an existing ANZ team as the first presales hire on the ground in APAC. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while reporting into an experienced presales leader based overseas, with the opportunity to help shape and grow the APAC presales function over time.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and value creation. You will be trusted to lead critical solution conversations, shape technical and commercial direction locally, and clearly articulate both business and sustainability impact.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a strategic advisor to customers, engaging stakeholders from operational teams through to executive leadership.
* Owning presales activities in-region, operating autonomously while working very closely with the local Sales team and the global Presales team.
* Leading high-impact demonstrations and executive-level presentations focused on measurable outcomes.
* Developing ROI models and value-based business cases that quantify efficiency and sustainability gains.
* Supporting complex RFP and RFQ responses with structured, cross-solution input.
* Partnering with product, delivery, and customer success teams globally to refine solution positioning based on market and customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
You'll be well suited to this role if you bring:
* 5+ years' experience in presales, solution consulting, or solutions engineering.
* Experience working independently in a senior, customer-facing role with minimal day-to-day oversight.
* Comfort operating in a distributed, global team, closely collaborating with local Sales while reporting to a Presales Leader based offshore.
* Exposure to ERP platforms or logistics / digital transformation SaaS environments.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate confidently in both technical and executive conversations.
* A proven track record of delivering compelling, outcome-led product demonstrations.
* A consultative, customer-first mindset with a collaborative working style.
