We are seeking a skilled Automotive Business Development Manager to contribute to our vehicle sales performance. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with Sales and F&I professionals to deliver exceptional automotive solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & delivery of finance products
* Sales & delivery of insurance services
* Sales & delivery of aftermarket solutions
You will be responsible for administrative tasks, including system processing and inventory management. Within six months, you will take on additional responsibilities such as meeting performance targets, driving high conversion rates and sales growth, and strengthening relationships between customers and the dealership.
Essential skills include strong analytical and decision-making abilities, negotiation and closing skills, ability to think critically, and excellent customer service skills. You must also have high level computer literacy, exposure to Microsoft Office suite, and hold necessary accreditation or be able to acquire it rapidly.
