Business Support Role in Wholesale Production
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative professional to provide high-level support to our sales and dispatch teams in a busy production environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong office administration skills, including experience with MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and business accounting software. They will also possess excellent communication skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Primary responsibilities include processing invoices, liaising with transport companies, communicating with customers, coordinating orders, database management, and other general office duties.
* Liaise with transport companies and organize freight dispatches.
* Communicate with local and interstate customers.
* Co-ordinate orders with the dispatch supervisor.
* Manage databases and perform other general office duties.

* A reliable and proactive individual who can prioritize tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
* Strong office administration skills, including demonstrated experience with various database and software packages.
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, excellent planning and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, emotional maturity, resilience, and relationship-building abilities.
This is a temporary full-time position for approximately 7 months, starting July 2025, with the possibility of extension. Business hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
