We are currently seeking qualified Support Workers to join our team in various locations, including Macksville, Urunga, Nambucca, Bonville, Scotts Head, Stuarts Point, Glenreagh, and Nana Glen. As a Support Worker with Harbour At Home, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to live independently in their local community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing companionship and social support to clients
* Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
* Transporting clients to appointments and engaging them in community activities
* Administering medication and providing light housekeeping assistance
We are looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about delivering high-quality care. If you have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel, we encourage you to apply.
