About the role:
We are seeking passionate AINs with experience working with clients to:
1. Provide care according to residents' individualized assessed care needs.
2. Report all incidents and changes in resident behavior to RNs promptly.
3. Complete all activities related to residents' care documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes.
4. Participate in activities aimed at continuous service improvement.

About You:
* Must have great availability, including days and weekends.
* Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care.
* Minimum of 6 months experience as PCA/AIN within residential aged care or home care.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (MUST).
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
* Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts.
* Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
* Strong passion for working with the elderly.
* Driver’s License and Car.
