Job Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager CI VSAT, the role will work with the Strategic Pursuits Manager VSAT, First Nations Program & Participation Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager ANZ and Clients and Marketing Manager Australia. It is a relationship and reporting driven role for a professional who is responsible for establishing and implementing a social responsibility strategy.
Minimum Requirements
* Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment and use influencing skills to drive initiatives.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentation materials to articulate ideas and suggestions to senior leaders.
* Demonstrated ability to work with/advise all levels of seniority in environments with pressing delivery schedules.
* Demonstrated problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
* Client focused.
* Highly collaborative; Strong influencing, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
* A strategic thinker who is willing to get hands dirty.
* Totally committed and able to work consistently to deadlines under pressure and tight time-frames.
* Strong Social Procurement Framework understanding and the ability to apply this in a bid and project setting.
Preferred Qualifications
* 4+ years experience in not-for-profit or professional services environment is essential.
* Relationships with social procurement organsiations, First Nations businesses, local statutory authorities and social enterprises will be well regarded.
