The Information Management and Technology (IM&T) unit is part of the Corporate Services branch and provides IM&T services and support to the Department, Members of Parliament, PEOs, Public Sector Commission, Infrastructure WA and SAT.
About the Role
* Provides professional switchboard and reception services for the Department, Ministers, Public Sector Commission, Infrastructure WA, and the Salary and Allowances Tribunal.
* Delivers essential administrative support to the Office of the Director General (e.g. meeting coordination, guest registration, resource bookings).
* Manages procurement, credit card acquittals, petty cash, and invoice processing.
