Are you ready to thrive in a dynamic role within a supportive team environment? Wyong Hospital is looking for a motivated and outcomes-focused Administration Officer to join our Patient Liaison Team. About the Role
The Patient Liaison Officer role is located at Wyong Hospital, working afternoon shifts from Saturday through Wednesday.
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to provide high-level, efficient, and accurate administrative support. This role is essential in driving positive outcomes and involves complex tasks with a high level of independence.
Previous experience in sales or an understanding of private health insurance is highly regarded, as this role supports the expansion of services for our patients and community through the generation of own-source revenue. More importantly, success in this role requires outstanding customer service skills, sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. You’ll also bring a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

About You

* You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* You have proven initiative and problem-solving ability, applying established methods, policies, and protocols to resolve issues efficiently.
* You have high-level administrative and organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use MS Office and relevant electronic systems confidently.
