You will work closely with our proactive resort team based in Sydney, IHG National and Global Sales Teams to shape the future of our hotel's MICE business. Your expertise in negotiating and managing rates will ensure maximum revenue, while your keen market awareness helps you adjust sales strategies to stay ahead of trends.
In this exciting role, you will create compelling sales proposals, negotiate group rates, and pitch unique food and beverage offerings alongside an array of activities on the Great Barrier Reef. You will build lasting relationships with decision-makers, travel planners, and key stakeholders to drive sales and maximize revenues.
