The ideal candidate will support positive attendance, behaviour, and learning while connecting families with essential services to remove barriers to education.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement structured collaborations with external partners to drive positive outcomes for families and children.
* Work closely with classroom teachers and staff to understand child needs and connect families with relevant services.
* Build strong relationships and partnerships with students, parents, and community services.
* Provide expert input into decision-making processes to ensure optimal outcomes for children and their families.
