Key responsibilities
* Sort and handle components coming off CNC and edgebanding machines
* Perform QA checks on parts to ensure accuracy and finish quality
* Organise orders for paint shop processing or customer pickup
* Assist with packing and preparation of flat-pack components
* Build packaging crates for orders to be shipped Australia wide
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised factory environment
* Support the production team as required
Qualifications & experience
Essential
* Genuine interest in cabinet making, joinery, or manufacturing
* Ability to safely handle sheet materials and finished components
* Basic understanding of workshop safety practices
Highly regarded (but not essential)
* Previous experience in a joinery, cabinet-making, or factory environment
* Familiarity with MDF, laminates, and sheet materials

* Good organisation and time-management skills
* Willingness to learn and follow processes
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
* Takes pride in neat and accurate work

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
