About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead this vibrant team in Robina. You will be at the forefront of driving an exceptional customer experience while leading and developing a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your passion for fashion, energy, and ability to drive sales will shine. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs, managing stock, handling online orders and fulfilment, and ensuring the store reflects the creative spirit of the brand.
Skills And Experience

* Proven retail management experience with a focus on coaching and team development

* Experience working to sales targets, KPIs, and budgets
