About the role
Vincents Lending Solutions specialise in simplifying finance and providing expert guidance. Our team are experts in business finance, residential lending, and debt advisory.
As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven and motivated lending professional to join our high-performing Lending team. This is the ideal opportunity for someone withsolid experience in lending or a client-facing banking role who’s ready to broaden their skills, take on more responsibility, and fast-track their career in a supportive and high-energy environment.
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll take the lead on structuring and managing lending solutions across Commercial, SME, Equipment Finance, and Mixed Lending Residential transactions — all while building trusted client relationships and contributing to our team's ongoing success.
* Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented culture that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and exceptional outcomes.
* Investigate and interpret market trends to source and recommend the most suitable loan products and lenders for each unique client scenario.
* Develop and present well-structured credit proposals, clearly articulating the rationale for lending and aligning with lender criteria.
* Support growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and actively expanding your referral network.
* Apply your financial analysis skills to build persuasive funding cases that demonstrate client capacity, purpose, and strategy.
* Oversee the full loan process from structuring through to settlement, ensuring seamless execution and a positive client experience.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster new opportunities and strengthen long-term business relationships.
About you
* Experience as a Commercial or SME lender, or a similar banking or broking role.
* Proven ability to assess and interpret financial statements and business performance.
* Background in Private Banking or Business Banking will be highly regarded.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and key stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of the commercial and residential lending landscape, including a solid grasp of lending structures, products, and policies.
* Solid knowledge of both Consumer and Business Lending principles, including current credit policy standards.
* Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and build a referral network.
* A Diploma in Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete it within 6 months).
