Job Title: Liquor Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and committed liquor sales professional to oversee all stock processes for a busy drive-thru bottle shop.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage bottle shop presentation, including stock dusting, shelf wiping, and cleaning.
* Handle deliveries, stock stacking, and display setup.
* Supervise and train junior bottle shop staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Bottle Shop Manager or team leader in a similar environment.
* Proficiency with electronic point of sale systems.
* Experience working in retail or bottle shop settings.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently under managerial supervision.
* Effective customer complaint resolution skills.
* Punctuality and ability to follow instructions.
* Clear communication skills.
* Passion for the hospitality industry.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
