We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Wash Room Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Heidelberg West. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, consistent work with full-time hours and the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Wash and clean food production equipment such as commercial mixer bowls, tubs, and utensils
* Operate industrial dishwashing machines and manual cleaning processes
* Perform general cleaning duties including benches, floors, and food prep areas
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
* Adhere strictly to food safety and workplace health & safety guidelines
* Take direction and guidance from supervisors and work as part of a supportive team
Requirements
* Previous experience in a wash room, kitchen, or food production cleaning role preferred
* Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform repetitive manual tasks
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
* Flexible to assist in both wash room and food production areas when required
* Must be reliable and punctual with a commitment to full-time work
