The role
We’re looking for an experienced SAA-accredited solar installer to join our installation team based out of our Burleigh Heads warehouse.
You’ll be working on residential installs across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern Rivers - running jobs on-site and delivering clean, compliant systems from start to finish operating daily in min. 3 man teams.
This role is suited to someone fit, switched-on and confident running residential installs on their own. You care about doing things properly - clean, compliant work - and prefer quality over rushed volume jobs. You’ll take ownership on-site, keep standards high to protect the trust we’ve built with our clients, and set a positive example for the apprentices.
What you’ll be doing
* End-to-end residential solar installations
* Hybrid inverter and battery installations
* Switchboard upgrades
* System testing, commissioning and handover
* Completing compliance documentation (Formbay, Origin etc.)
* Fault finding and service work when required
* Leading installs on-site, positive onsite customer experience
What we’re looking for
* SAA (CEC) Solar Accreditation – essential
* Battery accreditation – highly regarded (up skilling to the right candidate)
* Electrical licence
* Current driver’s licence
* Working at Heights ticket
* Strong experience in residential solar installs
* Ability to run jobs independently
* High attention to detail and pride in clean, compliant work
* No egos, good communication and team mindset
