We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who thrives on accuracy, clarity and keeping the numbers moving. This role ensures our invoicing, expenses and financial processes run smoothly, while also supporting the management team with meaningful analysis and insight.

Key Responsibilities
* Model our values in interactions with our customers
* Invoicing & Expenses
o Assist with the preparation and distribution of company invoices, ensuring accuracy in details and calculations, and following up on outstanding invoices.
o Assist in reconciliation of company bank credits and remittances.
o Processing and closing out of HBCF or equivalent regulatory construction insurance requirements.
o Manage communication with internal departments regarding outstanding information required for consistent flow of invoicing process.
o Manage monthly AR reporting and reconciliation.
* Support the business with purchasing requirements.
* Collect and organise expense receipts and documentation and assist in tracking and reconciling business expenses.
* Assisting with general administration duties including, but not limited to, creating and updating business databases and spreadsheets, preparing and distributing meeting documentation and office communications, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with the organisation of company events.
* Open to assist in all areas of the organisation during peak periods.
