We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Specialist who will work closely with our senior leaders and sites to develop this concept within retail operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily retail operations, including optimizing Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage daily retail operations, including optimizing POS systems across multiple locations.
* Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and margins, while leading the implementation of new retail concepts.
* Transform existing outlets and ensure our product range stays fresh and relevant by staying informed about industry trends.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Considerable experience in convenience store retail operations, with experience in both retail store and head office environments, ideally in the food and beverage sector.
* Excellent relationship building skills to enable the financial and operational outcomes for your business initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in POS systems.
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong customer service skills.
* Willingness to travel interstate and to remote locations regularly, with flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
