Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Health and Wellbeing team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving client and customer engagement, consistent program delivery, and program growth through the design and delivery of impactful wellbeing programs and services.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Perth, WA, and contribute to the development and implementation of wellbeing programs that promote health and wellbeing across Australia.
You will work closely with our National Manager of Health & Wellbeing to achieve business goals and objectives, focusing on:
* Business Development: Drive growth, retention, and market leadership in the wellbeing sector.
* Customer Experience: Design and deliver impactful wellbeing programs and services that meet the needs of clients and customers.
* Business Transformation: Lead innovation and customer experience initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
The role also involves supporting cross-sector strategy development and the growth of our wellbeing program. You will be accountable for meeting financial targets, managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and consultants, and developing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience in project management, public health, sales and marketing, or innovation and technology.
* 5+ years' experience in project planning, business development, community or event planning, or similar roles.
* Experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
* High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a manner aligned with Compass Values and Behaviors.
* Possession of a passion for promoting community and social engagement, cultural diversity, and inclusion.
* Knowledge of current health promotion theories and evidence-based practices.
* Ability to assess needs, implement, and evaluate wellbeing intervention strategies.
* Flexibility in work hours and roster, with the ability to travel nationally as required.
