This role is responsible on a day-to-day basis to support the executive management team in maintaining and improving clinical service delivery in the respective region.
We are really looking for someone who has great communication and negotiation skills, is highly organised, is a team player, can problem solve and has a can-do attitude. Ideally, you will have some post registration experience in leadership.
About the practice
We are a not-for-profit, multidisciplinary primary health care service which offers a multitude of services throughout the Kimberley region.
Experience and qualifications required
This role is a key leadership position within our organisation. The Regional Manager position will incorporate an additional clinical caseload (no less than 0.2 FTE) in one of the following positions:
* Diabetes Educator
* Podiatrist
* Dietitian
* Paediatric Dietitian
* Exercise Physiologist
* Care Coordinator
* Health Navigator
* Mental Health Professional – with a background in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Aboriginal Health Worker/ Practitioner.
