About the role – Embroidery Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Specialist to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. This role is responsible for producing high-quality embroidery across uniforms for all of our brands, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a premium finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate embroidery machines to produce branded uniforms and merchandise
* Prepare and manage embroidery files using SWNS software
* Ensure all work meets quality standards with strong attention to detail
* Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues
* Work collaboratively with uniform and merchandising teams
Your new position will commence with full training and support from experienced team members to help you gain an understanding of our processes and quality expectations.
About you
* Proven experience in embroidery production
* Proficient in SWNS software (or similar embroidery software)
* Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
* Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines
* A team player with a positive attitude
This position is flexible (part-time or casual), with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate who is open to other duties within our broader merchandise and uniform team operations.
