State Sales Manager
Looking for a senior sales leadership role where you can make a real impact? We're partnering with a growing national franchise network to find a State Sales Manager for WA. This is a hands‑on role focused on driving franchise growth, building strong relationships, and supporting an expanding network of franchisees.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identify, engage, and onboard high‑quality franchisees
* Manage the full recruitment pipeline to ensure the best candidates join the network
* Provide ongoing business coaching, planning support, and performance guidance
* Conduct regular visits and reviews to drive franchise growth and productivity
* Build strong relationships with franchisees, stakeholders, and strategic partners
* Ensure compliance and proactively resolve operational issues
What You'll Bring
* Proven sales leadership and team management experience
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire
* Strategic thinker with excellent planning and execution skills
* High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management experience
* Experience in franchise recruitment or supporting small business owners is a plus
