Remuneration
Total package of at least $187,928–$196,816 pro‐rata (comprising $146,507–$154,373 pa + $20,000 annual rural incentive + annual leave loading + 12% super contributions). Additional Management Allowance Level 1 of $8,193.

Clinic Manager Responsibilities
* Lead and guide day‐to‐day clinic operations.

* Mentor and develop emerging clinicians.
* Contribute to shaping local oral health initiatives and service delivery.
