An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to take charge of their own premium portfolio with support from a dedicated Leasing Consultant who manages all leasing and half of routines for the portfolio - leaving you more time to do your job properly!

**The Position**
In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a medium sized portfolio of premium properties
- Coordinate all repairs and maintenance
- Conduct outgoing inspections and routine inspections as required
- Maintain and minimise rental arrears
- Resolve escalated issues between tenants and landlords
- Develop new and existing landlord relationships
- Oversee and delegate to a dedicated Leasing Consultant
**The Person**
- Previous property management experience essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Knowledge of PropertyTree is highly regarded
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- A natural relationship builder who values high touch customer service
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
