As a Registered Dental Nurse, you will provide clinical support and ensure excellent patient care.

Dental nurses play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. They work closely with dentists to perform dental treatments, including administering local anesthetics, mixing materials for fillings and crowns, and preparing equipment for procedures. In addition to their clinical responsibilities, dental nurses also have administrative duties that include updating patient records,maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with patients about their treatment options.
The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to patient medical history, communicate professionally at all times with colleagues and the public (verbally or non-verbally ), show empathy towards vulnerable populations eg older adults children etc… along side taking initiative when needed – having ability adapt quickly under pressure working efficiently without direct supervision handling complex situations calmly making informed decisions backed by sound judgment remaining composed even faced unexpected challenges occasionally overcoming obstacles surrounding harsh deadlines timelines typically involving fast paced priorities multiple tasks competing goals limited resources yet continually striving quality within healthcare environments diligently aiming perfect standards every time.
