About the Role
Due to an internal move, we're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of Le Tan while managing a small team across skincare. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded brand leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for driving brand performance through strong marketing initiatives, effective budget management, team leadership, and close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
* Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies that build awareness and drive sales growth
* Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
* Create compelling presentations and marketing materials to support brand partnerships and collaboration opportunities
* Co‐lead the NPD process with the Product team from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs
* Manage the annual brand budget to drive effective investment and strong commercial outcomes
Who You Are
You're a commercially savvy brand marketer with a collaborative style, strong leadership capability, and a passion for building brands that connect with consumers. You'll also bring:
* 5–7 years' experience in brand management
* Proven experience in FMCG, Health and Beauty, or retail, with Sun Care highly regarded
* A strong track record of managing budgets and delivering high‐impact, ROI‐driven campaigns
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management capability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
* Confidence using digital marketing tools and platforms
* Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience
