Quality & Food Safety Officer - Night Shift
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, driving improvements, and acting as a back-up Supervisor when needed. The role is a permanent night shift position working 10pm - 6am.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Support site quality and food safety performance, working closely with operations and cross-functional teams.
- Drive audit readiness, continuous improvement, and GMP best practices.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits and HACCP reviews.
- Lead investigations into consumer complaints, non-conforming materials, and production issues.
- Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality and food safety systems.
- Contribute to root cause investigations and data-driven problem solving.
What you’ll bring to the role?
- A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Science or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in food safety or quality assurance.
- Practical knowledge of HACCP principles and internal auditing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
