How You Will Contribute:
• Assess and Approve Loans: Use your expertise to evaluate diverse credit applications and make empowered decisions.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work with the sales team and brokers, collaborating on applications and fostering future opportunities.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience within consumer lending, financial services, banking, vehicle finance, or other lending environments.
• Previous experience in credit assessment, loan processing, settlements, collections, broker support, or similar lending-related roles will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to regulated and/or unregulated lending (bank, non-bank, vehicle finance, unsecured loans, low-doc loans, mortgage loans etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, divergent thinking, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service.
• Solution-focused, flexible, and collaborative mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs and contribute to team success.
• Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are highly regarded.
