The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a high-performing individual with a positive attitude, who strives to be the best at what they do.
We are committed to providing our owners exceptional property management services, as such you must be reliable and dependable.
This opportunity as an Asset Manager Assistant will be supporting our extremely busy Asset Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities
Applicant screening and tenant onboarding
Handle incoming and outgoing tenants with professionalism and efficiency
Manage maintenance requests and seeing them through to resolution
Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
Develop strong, proactive relationships with property owners and tenants
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
What we're looking for
Previous experience in property management preferred but not necessary
Excellent communication and facilitation in problem-solving skills
Strong organisational abilities, time management and attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation
Proficiency with property management software
A current Real Estate Certificate or be willing to complete asap
A valid QLD Driver's license
