**About you**
You’ll have:
- Sales experience in fast-paced roles with a drive and commitment to achieve and exceed targets. You might also have experience in a contact centre environment either inbound/outbound (which would be helpful, but not necessary.)
- A talent for explaining complex information in a easy way to our members. Because of the business we’re in, you’ll be referring to policies, premiums, procedures and regulations on pretty much every call.
- The smarts to get the details right, and the intuitive and innovative talent to find the right answer for our customers.
- Excellent self-motivation: strong time management and capable of working both independently and as part of your core team
- Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Resilience and confidence. You set a path and a clear example for others to follow!

**The information you need to know**
- Full time or part time positions available, permanent or for 12 months starting Monday 21 August
- Work on a roster across our contact centers’ opening hours 8:00 to 6:00 Monday to Friday
- You’ll start with three weeks full time paid training, to get you ready to connect with our members
- The salary for this position is $63,650 per annum ($32.211 per hour) + super.
