The Opportunity
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations regarding maintenance enquiries.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the post-key handover process.
* Liaising with key clients regarding the post construction of their project
* Coordinating with suppliers
* Collaborate closely with the internal teams
* Adhoc admin as required

* 1+ years of residential construction, building supplier or insurance building industry experience
* Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
* Self‐motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
