**The Client**
An exciting opportunity awaits to join an established and market-leading Retail Property service provider. Our client represents a property landlord that boasts an enviable portfolio of shopping centres and now requires a Centre Manager to join their team.
**The Role**
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and ensuring the retail profile is in line with strategy and budget. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and implementation of strategic business planning, income and expenditure budgets and oversee marketing and operations for the Centre
- Building strong relationships with the local community and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the Leasing Executives to seek leasing opportunities to maximise income
- Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers
- Financial Management including forecasting, ensuring financial targets are met and constant understanding of all arrears
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Leading the Centre Management team
- Reviewing and analysing centre performance including rent reviews and the preparation of monthly reporting
Outstanding negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills are a necessity. Most importantly you must have exceptional communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with retailers and external stakeholders.
