Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
* Maintain high standards of customer service across all touchpoints.
* Oversee daily operations in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate movie schedules with film programmers.
Leadership and Team Development
* Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance performance.
* Foster a culture of excellence through coaching and training initiatives.
* Encourage team members to surpass company service standards.
Revenue and Financial Performance
* Meet revenue targets for the location.
* Analyse financial statements and daily performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
* Maximise revenue and yield per patron in each department.
Customer Centricity
* Empower employees to exceed customer expectations.
* Respond to all levels of customer feedback and concerns.
* Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.
Sales and Promotional Initiatives
* Drive revenue streams and explore opportunities to maximise assets and sales revenue.

Requirements:
* 2-5 years' experience as an Assistant Executive Cinema Manager or similar role.
* Demonstrated expertise in sales figures and managing operating statements.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Senior First Aid Certification.
