**Job description**
Our client, an industry leader in its field, is looking to recruit a Legal Support to join the team in Brisbane's Northern suburbs, on a permanent part-time basis.
**The Job**
Reporting into the General Counsel, the ultimate responsibility of this role will be to provide superior administrative support to the Legal business unit.
Key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Providing general legal administrative support
- Fielding business unit enquiries
- Undertaking all purchasing activity, including creation of purchasing orders, receipting orders and processing invoices for payment
- Prepare and send all written communication, assisting with record management
- Assisting managing internal policy obligations
- Completing all iPOS and finance system administrative task for the Legal team
- Attention to detail and confidentiality of sensitive information
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar legal administration role
- A Certificate/Diploma in Administration would be highly regarded
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience providing administrative support with limited supervision
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to provide proactive customer service
- Willing to undertake further training if required
