is seeking a Sales Manager - Multi-Product to lead and scale our CRM, Service, Dev and AI business across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a Sales leadership role with full accountability for ANZ multi-product growth outcomes. You will own a significant regional revenue number, lead a team of experienced, high-performing overlay sellers, and play a critical role in accelerating 's multi-product (CRM, Service, Dev, AI) momentum across the ANZ market.
In this role, your will manage five seasoned Sales professionals covering all market segments, with a clear mandate to expand the organisation by an additional 3–4 hires over the course of the year as the business continues to scale.
About The Role
* Own and deliver ANZ multi-product revenue targets across CRM, Service, Dev and AI through a team of overlay sellers
* Define and execute a regional growth and go-to-market strategy aligned to APJ and global priorities
* Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced sales leaders and overlay sellers, driving consistent execution and high performance
* Recruit, onboard and scale additional team members in line with growth plans
* Drive operational excellence across pipeline health, deal governance, forecasting accuracy and execution cadence
* Partner with GTM Products Leads to ensure the needs of the market and team are met
* Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success GTM functions and Channel to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes
* Model and encourage collaboration between the Multi-Product team and other business units to deliver results
* Act as the executive voice of ANZ, providing market insight, performance visibility and strategic input into APJ leadership
* Embed 's sales methodology, operating rhythm and leadership culture across the region
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in SaaS Sales Leadership, ideally within a high-growth or scale-up environment
* Proven experience leading and scaling revenue teams with ownership of large regional targets
* Strong understanding of multi-product or platform-based enterprise sales motions
* Experience across CRM, Service, DevOps and/or AI-driven solutions strongly preferred
* A credible, outcome-oriented people leader with a track record of building and retaining top talent
* Highly analytical and operationally strong, with the ability to drive clarity in complex environments
* Comfortable operating at regional leadership level, balancing autonomy with global alignment
