Green Space Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Green Space Manager to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our facility's grounds and gardens. This role requires a strong commitment to creating serene and accessible outdoor environments for our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining the health and vibrancy of our gardens through regular gardening duties, including planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, and watering.
* Developing and maintaining specialized therapeutic gardens that encourage resident engagement and participation.
* Safely operating and maintaining all gardening tools and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with our care and lifestyle teams to support outdoor activities and programs for residents.

About this role
This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects. The successful candidate must also have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
