Disability Life Skills Supporter (South-Western Sydney)

Overview 
This is a permanent part-time mobile role of at least 15 hours per week (Saturday fixed) with opportunities to pick up additional shifts to work with participants in their homes across South-Western Sydney LGA (Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield, etc.). 
What You Will Be Doing 
Aiding with daily life activities and assistance for community support, such as attending a doctor’s appointment and shopping. 
Supporting individuals with their educational and work-related endeavours. 
Facilitating access to various community, social, and recreational activities. 
Assisting with transportation to enable access to daily activities and engagements. 
Who We Are Looking For 
Previous experience in psychosocial disabilities 
Good communication skills and ability to do case notes through a mobile phone 
Possession of a valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check 
NSW Driver’s license (can be on Green P Plates), access to a reliable car and Comprehensive car insurance 
First Aid Certificate is also a necessary qualification.

A Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
