You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and overseeing every step of the preconstruction process from signing the contract to construction. Your goal will be to keep timelines on track and customer experiences exceptional.
Main Tasks Include:
* To build strong relationships with your customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire home-building journey.
* To manage all aspects of customer communication, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns that may arise during this period.
