Opportunities now exist for 2nd Year Station Hands to join our client, a cattle company operating across multiple stations in the central and northwestern QLD regions. With a strong reputation for developing young station hands, the business offers a supportive and safe environment where employees gain hands-on experience with large-scale cattle operations. - Contributing to station activities with a focus on low-stress stock handling, communication, and teamwork to ensure safety and efficiency.

Selection Criteria:

- At least one season's experience on a cattle station with demonstrated capability on motorbikes in rough and diverse terrains.
- Strong team focus, reliability, and respect for company culture, with the physical ability to handle long days in remote conditions.
- Driver's licence required.

Additional Particulars:

- Zero tolerance drug policy applies.
- Single workers are preferred due to accommodation arrangements.
- Opportunity to bring working dogs (excluding blue heelers, limit on pig dogs).
- Competitive wages negotiable depending on experience.
- Applications will be considered as they are received.
- This is a permanent position and not available to Working Holiday Visa Holders (Backpackers). Nor does our client offer sponsorship for overseas jobseekers.
