Procurement Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Leader.
* This is a key senior leadership role, responsible for defining and implementing governance, systems, risk, and sustainability frameworks within Procurement and Supply Chain.
* You will lead the Purchasing Operations team, providing tactical purchasing support across the organisation.
* This role also oversees third-party risk management processes, ensuring compliance and mitigating contractual, financial, and reputational risks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing best-practice procurement policies, frameworks, and governance processes.
* Leading Purchasing Operations across multiple sites, driving operational efficiencies and supplier consolidation.
* Establishing dashboards and benchmarks to monitor procurement performance and compliance.
* Managing systems that support procurement and contract management functions.
* Driving cultural change and continuous improvement within the team.
* Leading third-party risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, including leading Procurement Operations teams.
* Proven success in delivering new systems, processes, and transformation projects.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving cultural change and team engagement.
* Experience managing multi-site teams and large-scale purchasing operations.
* Expertise in governance, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Finance.
