PGR Legal Recruitment is working with a well-established South Brisbane law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its expanding practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial matters while also gaining exposure to civil litigation.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:
* Commercial contracts, transactions, and advisory work
* Business structuring, shareholder and partnership agreements
* Property and leasing matters
* Commercial disputes and general civil litigation
* Assisting clients with risk management and compliance
You will work alongside senior lawyers with strong client networks, while being given the autonomy to manage your own matters.
About You
We are seeking applications from lawyers who demonstrate:
* 4+ years post-admission experience in commercial law
* Additional experience in civil litigation highly regarded
* Strong technical ability and drafting skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship management
* A proactive and commercial approach to problem solving
