**The Role**
Are you an aspiring Learning and Development or training professional?
Or are you looking for a role where you can provide a range of learning support across AGO's Training & Tradecraft directorate while developing skills in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training?
The Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation (AGO) is seeking geospatial and/or intelligence professionals to join the Directorate of Training & Tradecraft as Instructors, to design, develop, implement and evaluate training to advance the capability of the AGO workforce. This includes the development of eLearning content. We are also seeking an 'all-rounder' Learning Support Officer to provide a range of training administration support to the whole directorate, as well as targeted training support to AGO's Regional Training Manager in Bendigo. AGO Instructors (two positions) will work in a highly motivated and supportive team to develop training programs and instruct on a range of internally developed GEOINT specific courses. They will share their knowledge and experience to grow the GEOINT and geospatial technical skills and ability of the AGO workforce.
The AGO Learning Support officer (one position) is a multi-faceted role that provides administrative support functions across the directorate, as well as working with the Regional Training Manager in Bendigo to develop and deliver a range of training programs to the AGO Bendigo workforce.
The two Instructor roles will be based at AGO's Russell Office in Canberra and ideally, the Learning Support Officer would be based at AGO's Bendigo facility in regional Victoria, although this is negotiable.

AGO's Directorate of Training & Tradecraft (TT) works to professionalise the AGO workforce to ensure our people have the capability to undertake their work now and into the future. TT designs, develops and delivers bespoke, in-house training programs for new entrants and the established workforce, with our flagship programs being the GEOINT Development Program and the Bendigo Trainee Program. The GEOINT Development Program is aimed at graduates and direct entrants and develops applied intelligence analyst skills, focussing on the technical expertise of using geospatial sources.
Our ideal Learning Support Officer is an all-rounder with strong administration and communication skills who can manage a range of training administration functions and is also looking to develop skills in all aspects of training development and delivery.
Ideally, you will hold a security clearance at the Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) level, or be willing and able to undertake the process to obtain a TSPV (sponsored by AGO).
