About the role
On Route Electrical is seeking a motivated and ambitious Solar Roofer (or Tradesman) to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and solar systems, working closely with our experienced electricians to develop your skills.
-> Solar experience necessary. Must have ABN.
What you'll be doing
* Assist experienced electricians with the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and solar systems
* Carry out general electrical and solar-related tasks, including wiring, installation of panels, and racking.
* Learn and apply safety procedures and industry standards
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients
What we're looking for
* A passion for the electrical and solar industry and a willingness to learn
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
* A valid driver's licence
* ESSENTIAL: Solar Experience and ABN
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
