Outdoor Group Fitness Trainer – Mornington, VIC
UFit Health & Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Group Fitness Trainer to join our growing outdoor training community in Mornington. This is a great opportunity for a trainer who enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Role Details:
* Pay rate: $50–$65 per class (based on experience and qualifications)
* Sessions: 2–3 classes per week (with potential for additional sessions)
* Location: Mornington, VIC
* Employment type: Independent contractor
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and safe outdoor group training sessions
* Provide exercise options and modifications for varying fitness levels
* Arrive prepared and on time for all classes
* Foster a welcoming and motivating environment for members
Essential Requirements:
* Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Experience running group fitness classes (preferred but not essential)
