About the Opportunity

experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing the importance of Health, Safety and Wellbeing across the organisation, whilst supporting leaders with expert advice on all health, safety and wellbeing matters. The key focus of the role is to lead the delivery of Health, Safety and Wellbeing services to our customer base (all staff and leaders).
To succeed
in this role you will have:
* Relevant degree level qualifications / and or extensive experience and qualifications.
* Significant experience in a leadership role in the Health, Safety & Wellbeing space.
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills to work with all sectors of our organisation.
* Demonstrated experience analysing data, interpreting policies, writing reports and project briefs to make improvements to business processes.
* Recent and extensive experience in the management of workers compensation and rehabilitation cases.
* Passionate about promoting Safety, Health and wellbeing within the workplace.
On a typical
day this role will:
* Lead the WHS team to deliver leading Safety culture.
* Educating and coaching managers on investigation and corrective action processes.
* Supporting senior leaders on safety hazard and incident escalations.
* Working to deliver on WHS Strategic Plans ensuring priorities are balanced.
* Providing leadership in driving innovative Health & Wellbeing programs.
* Supporting the Field Officer inspection and audit plans.
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per
week
Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $118,824 to $133,001 depending on skills and experience
This role
also qualifies for a leaseback or vehicle allowance
