Key Responsibilities:
1. Transition out previous waste suppliers and implement new supplier locally.
2. Implement procurement category management strategy in Facilities Management.
3. Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
4. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Manage and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
6. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
7. Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance.
8. Stay informed about market trends and shifts affecting the healthcare industry.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Hold qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Have experience in a similar role, adept in onboarding new suppliers.
* Possess strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management.
* Demonstrate excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Show strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
* Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
